What You Will Do
As a Repair Structures Intern at Pratt & Whitney you will......
- Asist in the structural assessments of repairs for engine components.
- Assist in the evaluation of structural criteria such as LCF, fracture, strength, creep, and vibration.
- Thorough coordination of structural analysis requirements for repairs with module centers/Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT's).

Qualifications You Must Have
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through completion of the internship session.
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship session.
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using computer Finite Element Analysis software such as ANSYS or equivalent.
- Experience collaborating with a team to develop innovative ideas
- Experience communicating clear and effective messages to a broad audience
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
