Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nSenior, DT COTS Integration Analyst (internally Senior Analyst, Business System & Transformation) will be an individual contributor that works with organizations to develop, maintain and support business applications through understanding business processes and their implications and applying process improvement concepts for process redesign. Manages external vendors. Aligns services, service levels, technology, vendor/supplier management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs.\nActs as business contact and advocates for delivery of high-quality services. Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolio. Responsible for installing, configuring and testing both new applications and legacy systems, which requires understanding of systems integration for applications. Maintains data warehousing.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nIT Application and Systems Administration: Provide support in a mixed Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, focusing on Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain COTS Software.\nCompliance and Security: Review and vet software to ensure compliance with Raytheon's cybersecurity standards and legal policies, coordinating with cybersecurity teams for audits.\nVendor and Contract Management: Manage software purchases, licensing, software renewals, and handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements. Ensure the protection and confidentiality of proprietary Raytheon information.\nDocumentation and Monitoring: Develop and maintain documentation of deployed software and the environment. Monitor software performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.\nImplementation and Upgrades: Execute software implementation and upgrades, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption to operations.\n24x7 Operations: Ensure systems are operational 24x7, occasionally requiring work beyond standard hours.\nQualifications You Must Hav e\nTypically requires bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or 6 years of years of direct work experience in lieu of degree.\nExperience in Linux and Windows server management.\nQualifications We Prefe r\nExperience supporting Engineering, Operations, and/or Supply Chain organizations, especially in the Aerospace and Defense industry\nExperience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions\nExperience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.\nKnowledge of COTS software deployment and integration.\nAdvanced understanding of network security and data protection.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
