Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support Connected Factory initiatives that drive operational transformation across multiple manufacturing sites. In this role, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support project execution, maintain accurate schedules and data, and provide reporting that enables informed decision-making. You will play a key role in tracking project milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and providing data-driven insights to support successful project delivery.

Your mission: to provide the project controls, analysis, and reporting needed to keep Connected Factory initiatives on track by ensuring accurate schedules, identifying risks and blockers, monitoring deployment readiness, and delivering clear insights to project teams and leadership.

This remote position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

What You Will Do:

• Support the execution of Connected Factory projects across multiple manufacturing sites by tracking milestones, deliverables, actions, and overall project progress.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Microsoft Project schedules, ensuring accurate milestones, task dependencies, timelines, and status updates.
• Partner with Project Managers and site teams to monitor deployment readiness, identify project blockers, and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project performance, milestones, risks, and key metrics.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and other PMO tools, escalating critical items and providing clear recommendations.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities that may impact project execution or key milestones.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and communications that translate complex project information into clear, actionable insights.
• Support project governance activities, including daily and weekly project routines, leadership reviews, action tracking, and project documentation.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other functional organizations to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planview, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools to maintain accurate project data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience supporting manufacturing transformation, digital manufacturing, or Connected Factory initiatives.
• Experience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Experience with RAID logs, PMO processes, project governance, or project controls.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive reports, and data-driven presentations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Program Management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify project risks, analyze trends, and recommend actions.
