Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do *\nSupervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.\nCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.\nMonitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory.\nAnalyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nLead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team to ensure high performance and development.\nImplement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., customs, transportation, environmental).\nCoordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain activities.\nSupport cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization efforts.\nAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.\nQualifications You Must Have *\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.\nProven leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nMust not have had any disciplinary case within the past year\nMust not be under Performance Improvement Plan\nWith at least a year in his/her current position\nCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
