Shifts are determined by business needs.\nWhat You Will Do\nTechnical Tasks:\nPerform machine and/or manual inventory.\n\nComputer work required.\n\nAccurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.\n\nTake ownership of accuracy of processes.\n\nCustomer Focus:\nMeet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team.\n\nComply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).\n\nSpecial Projects:\nDemonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.\n\nUnderstand and use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.\n\nAchieve special process certification where applicable.\n\nDemonstrate a proactive role in problem solving.\n\nPursue certifications in continuous improvement (ACE).\n\nCommunication:\nInterface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to production issues.\n\nEffectively interact with others\n\nParticipate in cost reduction plans.\n\nParticipate in waste minimization efforts.\n\nParticipate in audits.\n\nMay be required to be on feet for long periods of time.\nSafety glasses and other safety equipment are required depending on task.\nMust be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.\nAbility to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.\nThis position is on 2nd Shift.
