The ideal candidate will leverage modern open-source software to manage all aspects of server-side processing, efficient data storage, and seamless integration with front-end user interfaces. You will thrive in an agile and lean environment, routinely deploying rapid changes and ensuring high-quality, end-to-end software delivery.\nCore Responsibilities:\nUse modern open-source software to prototype, develop, and deploy scalable backend web applications and server-side processing logic.\nDesign, generate, and maintain highly efficient data storage solutions and complex database schemas (SQL and NoSQL).\nIntegrate backend server logic and APIs seamlessly with front-end user interfaces and client-side applications.\nWork comfortably within an agile and lean environment to routinely deploy iterative code changes and enhancements.\nOptimize both client-side interfaces and back-end servers for maximum speed, scalability, and stability.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and translate requirements into functional software.\nParticipate in peer code reviews, troubleshoot complex software defects across the stack, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.\nRequired Skills:\nProfessional experience in software development, system integration, and full-stack engineering.\nDeep proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS) and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).\nVast knowledge of back-end coding platforms and open-source languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), Ruby, or PHP.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in agile delivery models (ex. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevSecOps frameworks.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in Agile delivery models (ex.
