In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between government stakeholders, internal executive leadership, and technical execution teams. The ideal candidate excels at managing contract compliance, P&L (Profit & Loss), scheduling, and ensuring that strategic contract goals are translated into actionable, measurable results.\nCore Responsibilities:\nServe as the main liaison between the Government and the Contractor throughout the life of the BPA or Call Order(s), providing clear, consistent communication regarding status, risks, and strategic direction.\nManage the full financial lifecycle of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance.\nEnsure strict compliance with all contract requirements, subcontractor agreements, and company policies.\nDevelop and maintain staffing plans, labor mix strategies, and Master Schedules to support contract operations.\nIdentify, track, and proactively mitigate financial and operational risks that threaten delivery.\nFoster a high-performance culture, ensuring teams have the resources and direction needed to succeed.\nSupport business development efforts, contributing to proposal development and identifying opportunities for follow-on business.\nRequired Skills:\n12 - 15 Years of Experience. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred. Experience may be considered in place of the education requirement.\nExperience in project or program management within the federal/defense contracting space.\nStrong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.\nProven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership and government clients.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in Agile delivery models (ex.
