element is to ensure that safety is to the highest standards and each procedure is in accordance with the different regulations, such as EASA, FAA, and foreign CAA such as Aruba DCA, CAA KY, etc. and the TC holder recommendations.\nGlobal Jet’s Engineering Department includes highly qualified personnel, experienced in project management and Regulation, working to ensure an efficient management of the approved documentation.\nAs an Operational Engineer & Quality Supervisor, you will be in charge of the following tasks:\nDaily Operational Oversight\nReview and verify operational documentation, regulatory documents vs implementation, operational records,\n\nDevelop and monitor KPI for all the operational activities,\n\nMonitor and ensure adherence to approved procedures and timelines for each operational department,\n\nConduct spot checks and audits on process and documentation.\n\nCompliance & Quality Assurance\nEnsure compliance with applicable OPS regulations,\n\nIdentify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions,\n\nMaintain and update checklists and procedures,\n\nPerform spot checks to verify adherence to applicable OPS requirements.\n\nReporting\nReport non-conformities, deviations, or findings directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, with copy to the Postholder/Accountable Manager,\n\nSuggest corrective/preventive actions and follow-up their implementation,\n\nProvide daily/weekly summaries of quality control activities and issues,\n\nLiaise with applicable staff to resolve discrepancies.\n\nTraining & Support\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying training needs,\n\nCollect feedback from postholders, managers and other employees on procedural weaknesses,\n\nPropose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors,\n\nParticipate in safety and compliance meetings.\n\nRequirements\nAeronautical Engineer/Master degree\n\nThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineer in flight operations\n\nA passion for aviation, pragmatic and creative problem-solving, collaborative team working in multicultural environment, adaptable in a stressful situation, able to speak English with other European languages are a
