to ensure high-quality student engagement.\nMonitor staff performance and assist with scheduling, attendance, and coverage needs.\nStudent Engagement & Workshop Facilitation\nDesign and facilitate interactive, age-appropriate workshops that align with student interests and developmental needs.\nCollaborate with staff to implement curriculum and enrichment activities that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.\nFoster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and creativity.\nStakeholder Communication\nAct as the primary on-site contact for school administrators, teachers, and families.\nMaintain open and professional communication with school stakeholders to ensure alignment with school culture and expectations.\nAddress and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively, escalating concerns when necessary.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nEnsure compliance with program policies, safety procedures, and attendance tracking.\nSupport data collection and reporting efforts related to student participation and program outcomes.\nAssist with inventory management, supply ordering, and site cleanliness.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years' experience working with elementary-aged children in an educational or youth development setting.\nPrior supervisory experience preferred.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to design and lead engaging workshops and activities.\nCommitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices.\nFlexibility, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in curriculum development or enrichment programming.\nFamiliarity with KIPP or similar charter school environments.\nBilingual (Spanish or other languages) a
