Our vision is clear: to be the premier and best-in-class HR partner in Nigeria, Africa, and around the world.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer / Technician \n\nLocation: Calabar, Cross River\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nDepartment: Engineering & Maintenance\n\nJob purpose\n\nTo provide electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and programmable logic controller (PLC) support for production equipment and utilities, ensuring safe operation, reliable automation, and minimal equipment downtime.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain control panels, motors, sensors, relays, switches, and electrical circuits.\nDiagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in production machinery.\nTroubleshoot instrumentation faults affecting production processes and utilities.\nConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.\nEnsure safe isolation of electrical systems before maintenance and follow applicable electrical safety procedures.\nMaintain electrical maintenance records and fault reports.\nWork with production and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with GMP requirements.\nSupport PLC-based systems, automation controls, and equipment interfaces.\nSupport installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control equipment.\nSupport maintenance of production utilities and associated control systems.\n\nQualifications and experience\n\nOND, HND, or B.Eng./B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPractical knowledge of electrical installations, PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.\nPharmaceutical, manufacturing, or FMCG experience is an advantage.\nTechnicians: approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience;
