We show up every day with grit, passion, and purpose-anticipating needs, building lasting relationships, and creating shared value.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nComplete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.\nSupervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt (hourly) employees, holding them accountable for upholding operational standards.\nMonitors shift cash handling and inventory. Assists in investigations of shortages/overages of $100 per month or less as well as inventory variations of .5% of sales or less.\nMaintains business records, review cashier accountability sheets and records prescribed by the General Manager and or Territory Manager.\nPerform banking, invoicing, payroll, and/or other administrative duties as requested, adhering to all Global Partner's cash control policies.\nManage cash management procedures including bank deposits and change orders.\nMaintain Grand Opening Ready Standards -According to Global Partner's store image standards.\nMaintains high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.\nEnsures store is secure and safe; complies with all safety and environmental guidelines. Report any issues to proper authority as well as management.\nEnsure adequate gasoline levels as well as coordinate gasoline deliveries.\nEngage in all company promotional initiatives.\nPromotes a high level of guest service.\nPerform duties as required by company policies and procedures (encompasses Company Handbook) and any other duties assigned by your General Manager/ Territory Manager.\nQualifications\nMust be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.\n1-2 years supervisory experience.\nAbility to work unsupervised.\nAbility to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.\nAbility to perform basic computer functions.\nMust have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.\nAbility to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.\nAbility to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb latter/stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.\nAbility to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.\nApplicants must be at least 18 years old.\nVocational or Technical Education High School Diploma or equivalent \nPay Range$21.50 - $24.71The pay range for this position is outlined above.
