We show up every day with grit, passion, and purpose-anticipating needs, building lasting relationships, and creating shared value.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nEnsure a quality buying experience for all customers\nPerform competitive gas price surveys daily or as required\nComplete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon to accounting office\nMake daily bank deposits by noon\nAccount for ATM and Lottery funds daily, and make deposits (where applicable)\nKeep accurate fuel inventory records (red book), and report any excessive variations\nRecruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline staff using appropriate documentation. (i.e. new hire packets, reference checks, communication forms etc.)\nMaintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation\nOrder and receive merchandise utilizing inventory ordering guidelines\nEnsuring adequate gasoline levels as well as coordinate gasoline deliveries\nMaintain accurate compliance binder\nImplement all Company promotional initiatives\nBecome involved in controlling inventory variations to 1% of sales or less\nAssist in controlling cash over /shorts to $100 per month or less\nAudit cashier paperwork for accuracy\nMaintain image standards set forth and image surveys\nReport and review all environment, maintenance issues, and unusual occurrences to the proper authority as well as management personnel\nPrice book maintenance/operation of security cameras (where applicable)/\nPDI reports and functions\nSchedule, monitor and control payroll hours on a daily, weekly and bi-weekly basis\nQualifications\nThis position requires ServSafe, or other approved Food Safety Certification, within 90 days of employment or promotion.\nAbility to communicate with associates and guests\nAbility to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork\nPerform additional merchandise price surveys\nAssist in covering manager vacancies in other store locations\nHire, train and develop an Assistant Manager capable of running store in your absence\nAttend all mandatory meeting and training sessions\nOther duties as assigned by Territory Manager\nMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license\nVocational or Technical Education High School diploma or equivalent\nPay Range$19.12 - $22.33The pay range for this position is outlined above.
