We show up every day with grit, passion, and purpose-anticipating needs, building lasting relationships, and creating shared value.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nSupervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.\nCoaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.\nGreet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.\nAdhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.\nOperate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels (including employees being supervised).\nEnsure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc.).\nEnsure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.\nResponsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.\nAlways replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions.\nAddress inquiries and complaints from guests.\nCheck in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.\nQualifications\nMust be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.\nMust be efficient and organized.\nMust be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.\nAbility to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.\nAbility to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.\nWork in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.,).\nMust have reliable transportation.\nHigh School Diploma High school diploma or equivalent\nPay Range$18.44 - $21.44The pay range for this position is outlined above.
