The Senior Manager owns projects from feasibility, site assessment and design coordination through permitting, installation, commissioning, and operational handoff, all by aligning internal teams and external partners. We show up every day with grit, passion, and purpose-anticipating needs, building lasting relationships, and creating shared value.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of clean energy and EV charging infrastructure projects across the portfolio, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and strategic objectives.\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.\nConduct site assessments and feasibility analyses for EV charging (including DC Fast Charging), solar PV, battery energy storage, and other emerging technologies.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders-including construction, real estate, operations, IT, sustainability teams, contractors, utilities, and permitting authorities-to ensure seamless project execution and integration.\nContribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for EV and clean energy infrastructure and support broader organizational initiatives as needed.\nOversee vendor, contractor, and supplier relationships, providing guidance, performance oversight, and collaboration with internal project leadership.\nMaintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, change orders, and closeout materials; regularly communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.\nWhere applicable, manage relevant utility interconnection agreement processes.\nMonitor project performance, budgets, expenses, risks, and KPIs; identify cost-saving opportunities, incentives, and credits to optimize financial outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.\nQualifications\n7+ years of relevant project experience, including substantial ownership of clean energy or EV infrastructure deployments, particularly DC Fast EV charging station, solar and Battery Energy Storage projects (BESS).\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.\nDemonstrated end-to-end accountability leading projects through feasibility and site assessment, design coordination, permitting, utility interconnection, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handoff to operations.\nAdvanced experience with sketching, reading, and interpretation of construction plan sets independently.\nStrong knowledge of energy management practices, and working with utilities.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\nFamiliarity with software tools for project management, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.\nStrong existing relationships in the electric infrastructure space.\nHighly organized with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.\nAbility to travel to sites on a regular basis.\nA passion for clean energy infrastructure.\nPay Range$136,200.00 - $204,200.00The pay range for this position is outlined above.
