We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own\nDesign and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done, combining AI agents with workflow and automation technologies where appropriate. \nPartner with different functions to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic and automation solutions, and define future-state ways of working. \nCreate agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI and automation solutions. \nLead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for AI agents, automation, augmentation, and productivity gains. \nEvaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and agent frameworks. \nWhat you’ll bring\n7 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, solution design, or a related role. \nDemonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions. \nStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders. \nStrong experience with AI agents, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, or other process automation technologies. \nExcellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making. \nIt’s a bonus if you have\nExperience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. \nAct like an owner: We take accountability - working at pace to own our outcomes.
