You'll work across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs, helping deliver innovative capabilities that create real business value.\nWhat you’ll own\nAssess, Design, build, optimize and deploy ML/AI models, Foundational models for real-world applications\nContinuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, Prototype new AI capabilities, and run proof-of-concepts.\nCollaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-value use cases\n Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.\nHelp define best practices, technical standards, and reusable patterns for AI development across the organization.\nDevelop agentic AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, or similar\nDevelop and maintain AI system blueprints, ensure integration with existing infrastructure, and optimize performance and scalability.\nEnsure compliance, observability, and scalability are embedded in design decisions. Drive best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement.\nEnsure AI solutions comply with organizational security, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities.\nStay at the forefront of advancements in AI, foundation models, and autonomous agents.\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.\nStrong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.\nExperience taking AI proof-of-concepts from idea to production.\nStrong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and LLM architectures and experience in fine-tuning LLMs or training domain-specific models, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.\nFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts and orchestration frameworks.\nExperience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nA curious, hands-on mindset with a desire to experiment, learn, and build.\nExperience with multimodal AI, AI governance, or MLOps.\nBonus Points\nAdvanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.\nResearch, publications, patents, or open-source contributions in AI/ML.\nKnowledge of payments, fintech, or financial services.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
