We’re looking for a Back Office Representativeto join our ever evolving Operations Support Services Team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own \nCase Handling: Research and respond to account inquiries across channels with accuracy and compliance.\n\nAccount Management: Review, update, and document cardholder and corporate account information.\n\nRisk Identification: Detect potential fraud, credit, or chargeback issues and escalate appropriately.\n\nWhat you’ll bring \nPreferably a college graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience.\n\nBackground in credit, banking, or financial services.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling account-related tasks.\n\nAmenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.\n\nWilling towork onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City.\n\nIt’s a bonus if you have \nExperience in back office operations within banking or financial services.\n\nFamiliarity with fraud, chargebacks, or credit-related processes.\n\nExperience using case management or banking systems.\n\nWhat Part Will You Play?\nPerforms routine updates and documentation (e.g. name/address changes, returned mail, etc.) of cardholder/corporate accounts. Begins to utilize knowledge of client products and services to research, update, and document moderately complex (i.e. low financial/compliance risk related) cardholder requests as directed; researches credit balance refunds, payments, fees, cash advance options, etc. Follows client policies and procedures to validate report disputes and remove/update inaccurate information from appropriate credit bureau systems.\n\nDetermines/recognizes basis of cardholder requests that involve potential fraud, credit, collection or chargeback issues and forwards to the appropriate department for resolution. Picks up, reviews, sorts, digitally scans, and distributes mail for appropriate action.\n\nDemonstrates a working knowledge and ensures conformity to basic client standards/policies/procedures, regulations and Association requirements to avoid violations and punitive financial action.\n\nAssists with scheduling personnel/resources and prioritizing jobs to ensure uninterrupted workflow.\n\nAbout the team \nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
