We’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Sales Enablement team and help lead strategic opportunities, shape compelling responses, and win enterprise business.\nWhat you’ll own\n· Independently lead complex RFIs, RFPs, and other strategic proposal efforts from qualification and kickoff through response strategy, stakeholder coordination, reviews, production, and final submission.\n· Build and manage the proposal plan, including the response timeline, compliance requirements, work assignments, review milestones, dependencies, risks, and submission requirements.\n· Partner with Sales, Commercial, Solutions Consulting, Legal, Pricing, Product, Information Security, Compliance, Operations, and other subject matter experts to develop accurate, complete, and differentiated responses.\n· Drive stakeholder accountability throughout the bid, ensuring contributors understand what is required, provide high-quality material, and meet agreed deadlines.\n· Develop win themes, key messages, executive summaries, and tailored proposal content that clearly articulates the Worldpay value proposition and positions Worldpay as the partner of choice.\n· Write, edit, and refine responses so complex technical, operational, security, legal, and commercial information is clear, persuasive, client-focused, and consistent across the full submission.\n· Interpret tender instructions and complex compliance requirements, maintain a clear compliance view, and ensure all questions, attachments, approvals, and deliverables are addressed before submission.\n· Lead kickoffs, working sessions, status calls, and structured reviews, escalating gaps, missed commitments, and decisions that may affect proposal quality or timely delivery.\n· Ensure proposals follow Worldpay’s tone of voice, copy guidelines, brand standards, and agreed response strategy while remaining clearly tailored to the prospective or existing client.\n· Capture lessons learned, reusable content, and process improvements from completed pursuits to strengthen future bids and help the Enterprise RFP Team work more effectively.\nWhat you’ll bring\n· 5+ years of experience developing and managing successful proposals, with direct responsibility for complex enterprise bids through final submission.\n· Proven experience managing the full proposal lifecycle, including qualification, compliance management, response planning, stakeholder engagement, proposal writing, reviews, production, and submission.\n· Hands-on experience with Loopio or comparable proposal management software, with the ability to use the platform to manage assignments, collaborate on responses, track progress, and support proposal delivery.\n· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex subject matter into clear, persuasive, customer-facing content.\n· Experience interpreting large corporate tenders containing multiple and complex instructions, schedules, attachments, and compliance requirements.\n· Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the determination to coordinate cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and hold contributors to agreed deliverables and timelines.\n· Strategic thinking and the ability to connect customer priorities, evaluation criteria, competitive context, and Worldpay’s products, roadmap, mission, and values into a differentiated proposal.\n· Professional-level written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills for executive, management, technical, and non-technical audiences.\n· Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines, adapt quickly, and maintain quality under pressure.\n· A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to collaboration, accuracy, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.\nIt’s a bonus if you have\n· Experience managing strategic enterprise RFPs in payments, fintech, financial services, SaaS, or another complex B2B environment.\n· Knowledge of payment processing, information security, compliance, regulatory, legal, pricing, or operational topics commonly addressed in enterprise proposals.\n· Experience developing win themes and discriminators for Financial Services or Payments proposals.\n· Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft collaboration tools.\n· A ‘win as one team’ mindset, building inclusive partnerships across functions, sharing knowledge openly, and staying determined to achieve the best outcome for the client and the business.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
