What you’ll own

• Work closely with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to identify and resolve system issues, troubleshoot defects and support system performance optimization.
• Monitor business-critical systems and services, respond to alerts and incidents, and support emergency fixes and releases when needed.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide 24/7 technical support coverage, ensuring timely response and follow-up for critical issues.
• Support troubleshooting across applications, APIs, infrastructure and cloud environments by analyzing logs, error messages and monitoring alerts.
• Help continuously improve monitoring and alerting, incident response processes, knowledge bases, operational documentation and troubleshooting runbooks.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Technology or a related field. Outstanding fresh graduates and current students seeking internship opportunities are welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of computer fundamentals, including operating systems, computer networks, data structures, databases and common web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, Go or Shell, with the ability to write simple scripts for log/data processing or task automation.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON and OAuth, together with familiarity with Linux commands, logs, processes and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership, with good English communication and documentation skills to work effectively with global teams.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Hands-on experience with Postman, cURL, Docker, or similar development and troubleshooting tools.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring or alerting technologies.
• Experience through internships, academic or personal projects, open-source contributions, technical blogs, programming competitions, cloud projects or application deployments.
