We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Compliance team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you'll own\nReview and interpret regulatory and compliance requirements to identify business and system changes necessary to maintain compliance.\nFacilitate U.S. merchant onboarding and due diligence activities in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.\nDrive compliance activities across multiple initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to corporate methodologies, reporting standards, and escalation procedures.\nPartner with technical and business stakeholders to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into effective business and technology solutions.\nCollaborate with Product teams to evaluate legal and regulatory requirements while supporting strategic product objectives and maintaining compliance.\nProvide compliance guidance and subject matter expertise on proposed technical solutions, business processes, and operational impacts.\nWhat you'll bring\nBachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and experience.\nStrong understanding of compliance, regulatory, business analysis, or risk management requirements within a corporate environment.\nAbility to evaluate complex business requirements and relate them to technical designs, system functionality, and downstream processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing presentations, client communications, and compliance-related documentation.\nIt's a bonus if you have\nExperience supporting compliance, risk, onboarding, due diligence, or regulatory programs within the financial services or payments industry.\nExperience with project management and software development methodologies, including working closely with technical teams.\nA collaborative mindset that embraces diverse perspectives, builds strong partnerships, and helps teams succeed together while maintaining a strong focus on compliance.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
