We’re looking for a Fraud Operations Director to join our ever evolving Enterprise team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own\nOversee a team responsible for analysing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.\nContinuously measure and improve merchant fraud portfolios performance through reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.\nManage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with technical partners at Ravelin Technologies to prioritize refinements and new features in the Ravelin fraud model to support evolving fraud prevention techniques\nDevelop and execute tactical and strategic plans for fraud prevention innovation utilizing both historic authorization and fraud data\nLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.\nOversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.\nExtensive knowledge of processing operations, administration, controls, and all processing phases.\nExperience leading teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.\nStrong project management capabilities with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.\nProficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI.\nExtensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
