Sentral is the trusted solution of choice in over 2,500 schools across Australia.\nAbout the Role\nThe Implementation Consultant acts as a key liaison between our business and customers, focusing on the successful deployment of our School Management Platform. This role involves direct client engagement, configuration, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilisation of our software. The ideal candidate will work closely with high-value schools to facilitate complex deployments, address issues, and maximise the benefits of our solution.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nConsult with clients to ensure a successful implementation of Sentral products and services.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.\n\nCoordinate critical onboarding activities, including data migration and integration of supplementary applications, ensuring readiness for success.\n\nConduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.\n\nDeliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.\n\nWork closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.\n\nGuide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live\n\nDevelop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.\n\nConduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.\n\nPerform other duties as reasonably requested by Sentral.\n\nSalary\nThe salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $125, 000 base + superannuation.\n\nAbout You\nWe’re looking for a teammate who will stand by our values and bring them to life.
