We’re looking for a Implementation Coordinator to join our ever evolving Ecomm team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own\nCoordinate end-to-end implementation activities for merchant integration, and optimisation initiatives.\nAct as a central point of coordination between merchants, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.\nTrack and manage implementation plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.\nAnalyse merchant requirements and ensure alignment with product capabilities and implementation approach.\nAssist in reviewing transaction performance data (approval rates, declines, fraud outcomes) to support optimisation opportunities.\nCoordinate execution of changes across:payment configurations\ntransaction routing\nfraud and risk settings\nintegration updates\n\nWork to ensure performance improvements are made for customers based on analysis on performance data\nWork closely with Implementation Managers, Merchant Success Manager, and Optimisation Specialists to execute required changes.\nEnsure accurate and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.\nContribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and frameworks.\nSupport internal and customer-facing reporting on ticket progress and outcomes.\nBuild strong working relationships with merchants to ensure a positive customer experience.\nStay up to date with payment products, platforms, and industry best practices.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll bring\nStrong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nGood analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues.\nExperience in payments, eCommerce, implementations, or project coordination preferred.\nBasic understanding of:payment processing and authorisation flows\nsystem integrations and APIs\ndigital customer journeys\n\nAbility to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.\nProactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
