This position will be expected to support the Partner Manager in maximising lead referrals/revenue opportunities, support with reactive partner queries, help develop/grow partners to move to Tier 3 and support with any Adhoc project work.\nThe successful applicant must demonstrate a level of industry technical knowledge and have some understanding of how third-party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem.\nWhat you'll Own\nSupport Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partners\nMaximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets\nAssist with quarterly partner reporting\nProvide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual Reviews\nAct as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)\nSupport SPM with partner residual payments\nSupport SPM with partner contract renewals\nSupport SPM with reactive partner queries\nSupport with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT)\nSupport with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350)\nSupport with Adhoc projects\nWhat you'll bring\n5 years + in payments industry\nProven ability to sell technical solutions (for example integrated products)\nCommercial role background with delivery against sales quota\nStrong relationship building skills\nClear communicator\nWell organised with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently\nGood problem solver\nStrong customer service skills\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
