# Key Account Manager

What you’ll own Own end-to-end relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and primary escalation point for all client needs. Drive account growth through strategic account planning, contract renewals, and identification of cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Lead service governance, executive business reviews, and resolution of critical issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Manage commercial performance, including revenue forecasting, profitability, billing accuracy, and contract negotiations. Partner cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer, align internal resources, and deliver solutions that support client business objectives.
