Ensures continuous, high velocity delivery and automated deployment through the use of software provisioning, configuration management, source code management and/or team collaboration applications.\nWhat Part Will You Play?\nCI/CD Pipeline Development\nArchitect and implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows using tools like Harness.io and GitHub Actions.\nContinuously improve pipeline reliability, speed, and maintainability via templating, modularization, and best practices.\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform.\nEnsure consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud resources (compute, networking, storage, IAM).\nOperate and optimize components in AWS or Google Cloud Platform\nMonitor cost, performance, and security posture; recommend and implement improvements.\nWork hand-in-hand with application teams to onboard services onto CI/CD pipelines, define branching strategies, and automate release gates.\nPartner with security and compliance teams to bake in policies (e.g., vulnerability scans, secret management) into pipelines.\nBuild reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries to accelerate delivery across teams.\nIntegrate testing frameworks (unit, integration, security) and observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) into workflows.\nDiagnose and resolve pipeline failures, infrastructure provisioning errors, or environment drift.\nMonitor and triage security vulnerabilities identified by platforms such as Wiz and Macroscope; partner with engineering and security stakeholders to drive remediation efforts.\nCollaborate with security teams to integrate automated vulnerability detection and reporting into CI/CD pipelines.\nConfigure and maintain secure and reliable log forwarding from application and infrastructure layers to observability platforms such as Splunk.\nHelps other developers on the team with technical issues and onboard them to the frameworks\nPartner with development and other project teams to improve the systems process and provide the necessary support with day to day operations\nMigrate older technology implementations to modern a container/Kubernetes platform\nEnsure logs meet compliance, audit, and monitoring requirements; help define and enforce logging standards across environments.\nPrimary contributions in Development, Testing Frameworks and Rollout.\nWorks under the guidance of Lead Software Engineers, Tech Leads and Architects.\nResearch trends in the current technology domain, discover new tools and garner the consensus for internal adoption\nMentor and train junior and mid-level engineers on the team; assists with technical issues and onboard them to the frameworks\nWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline\nTypically Minimum of 6 years years of experience in IT with expertise in complex technology solutions\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with policy-as-code tools (OPA, policy frameworks).Exposure to security automation (vulnerability scanning, secrets management).\nUnderstanding of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development).\nGCP/Azure cloud certification\nSAFe certified\nWorking with remote teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)\nExperience with managing a large code base that is a mixture of legacy code and modern technology, preferably experience with moving legacy code to the cloud\nExperience with SF DX\nExperience with continuous integration build engines, such as Jenkins\nWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?\nSkills / Knowledge - Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
