What you’llown

• Lead collaboration in a team environment

• Providesexpertiselevel problem solving solutions within the Global Payments Network

• Providesexpertiseto recognize and resolve complex problems and issues according to corporate policies/procedures

• Manages complex Network project tasks independently with internal and external clients

• Provides mentorship to entry/lower-levelteam members

• Independently designs, configures, tests, documents, and implements complex network designs and components

• Generates complex reports on network performance, trouble-shooting results, and routine maintenance of network elements

• Independentlyutilizestools within the network to analyze client networks

• Install, configure,maintain, support, and secure the organization's network communications, including LANs and/or WANs.

• Identifiesnetwork problems, isolates root causes, andinitiatescorrective action.

• Determinespriority of action andadditionalresourcesrequired, based on severity of service interruption.

• Provides technical analysis to all customers to isolate issues and develop strategies to restore or activate services.

• Interacts with Telecommunication Engineers, LAN Administrators, and transmission and RF staffregardingongoing network activities.

• Ascertains compliance with security, safety, and environmental guidelines. Generates reports on network performance, trouble-shooting results, and routine maintenance of network elements.

• This role requires individuals to work within thedemands ofa global 24x7 High availability transaction-oriented network. Ability to translate business requirements into network requirements and collaboratively work with other technical teams to deliver an overall solution.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant Experience or Degree in: No degree specified

• Typically,Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp

• 6-8 years of enterprise networking experience and/or abachelor's degree

• Appropriate advanced industry network certifications are preferred.
