Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Operations Trainer to join our ever evolving Training team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.
What you’ll bring
Deliver structured training sessions using standardized materials to build foundational knowledge in assigned topics.
Apply any prior training delivery or subject matter experience to support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
Qualify for the role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, with no strict requirement for prior professional experience.
It’s a bonus if you have
At least 2 years of relevant experience with the ability to manage the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation).
A relevant training certification, demonstrating strong facilitation and instructional design capabilities.
Proficiency in a second language to effectively support diverse learners and global operations.
