A technical role providing support of technology solutions that are complex in nature and related to Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion (SaaS), PAAS ,and OIC environments for the core financial applications (including, but not limited to GL, AP, AR, FA, Purchasing, Projects, Inventory). The role will work within the Fusion Cloud ERP Production Support Team to understand requirements to determine the best technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Applications. This person should be able to think strategically and understand the bigger picture when developing solutions and engaging with our Businesscustomers.
What you’ll own
Responsible forapplication support, maintenance, documentation, testing, and validation as directed to ensure high availability
Analyze code components, debugs, maintains and implements projects
Works closely with end users to understand business needs
Provides issue remediation and testing support across supported applications
Assist Support Team members with day to dayTechnicalissue resolution and enhancement requests.
Applies a basic understanding of procedures, methodology, and application standards to include Payment Card Industry (PCI) security compliance
Ensures development and implementation of solutionsthat follow product development guidelines and are in line with established design standards
Resolves or escalates issues as appropriate
Support and establish communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
Participate incode reviews and application tuning activities
Maintain SOX Audit and application control/integrity requirements and SDLC/compliance
Work with Oracle through their support portal.
What you’ll bring
At least 3-5 yearsof experience with Oracle SaaS, PaaS and OIC Applications
Hands on development experience with OTBI and BI publisher report development
Hands on OIC Integration development experience
Hands-on experience with XML, SFTP
Ability to identifyand apply creative and innovative technical approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
Must be able to analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
Must be able to develop unit test scripts and coordinate with internal customers to perform User Acceptance Testing of designed system enhancements or custom solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Technical development in SCM and AR Modules Desirable
Proven skills demonstratingstrong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Prefer to have some experience with VBCS, Autonomous Database and GIT Hub
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing interfaces, extensions, and reports in Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Saas, Paas, OIC
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integrations that connect multiple systems and platforms
Knowledge of any integration platform like Oracle SOA/Oracle Integration Cloud
Should have experience in implementation and support projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to contribute to the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
Ability to produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
