We're looking for a Payroll Administrator II to join our ever-evolving Payroll team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you'll own\nSupport the end-to-end payroll process across multiple payroll cycles, ensuring team members are paid accurately and on time.\nReview and audit timekeeping records, process payroll adjustments, and maintain payroll-related data within HRIS and payroll systems.\nAssist with payroll compliance activities, including garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and payroll reporting requirements.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while providing responsive support to team members with payroll and timekeeping inquiries.\nMaintain accurate employee records, process updates such as tax elections and direct deposit changes, and support payroll reporting and audits. \nWhat you'll bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of payroll, HRIS, payroll operations, or related experience.\nExperience working with payroll systems, time and attendance platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.\nExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. \nIt's a bonus if you have\n4+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state or multi-entity environment.\nWorking knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour requirements, and garnishment processing.\nExperience supporting employee inquiries in a shared services, HR, payroll, or benefits environment.\nA collaborative mindset that embraces accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
