The Project Management team is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day project deliverables, financials, and communications. We manage client projects and teams with the utmost professionalism and integrity\nThis role is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and large-scale programs. Projects may be focused on new product launch, portfolio migrations, marketing, sales, finance/accounting, business planning, business operations, customer service, or other subjects. The role involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas of the business including interaction and coordination with technical delivery teams and executive stakeholders.\nWhat you will Own\nPlans and coordinates all aspects of projects from project initiation through delivery.\nManages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client or business needs and goals, existing situation and necessary contacts.\nEnsures requirements for internal projects align to operational standards. Develop alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.\nDevelops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables according to project management guidelines.\nIdentifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.\nCoordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.\nAssigns and monitors work of project team, providing analytical support and direction.\nManages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.\nMay manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project.\nServes as liaison between internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.\nDelivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to business groups in Worldpay and/or in client organizations.\nConducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.\nMay directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific project that have a distinct beginning and end. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\nIdentifies project management coordination gaps or areas for improvement and recommends and implements solutions.\nSome travel may be required.\nOther related duties assigned as needed\nWhere you will own it: Cincinnati, Ohio (Hybrid-3 days per week in office)\nWhat you Bring:\nA bachelor’s degree in business, management, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.\nExtensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines. e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)\nDemonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelines with the ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance, and build high morale among team members.\nExcellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation, both internally and externally\nExcellent negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills.\nAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, project management, and time-keeping software, e.g., MS Project, MS Office, Visio, Salesforce, ClickTime, Workday, and SharePoint.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.\nIt's a bonus if you have:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nKnowledge or experience in the financial services industry\nKnowledge of Worldpay products and services\nKnowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma, etc.\nDriving new product opportunities.\nAbout the team \nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
