Regional Relationship Specialist

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Relationship Specialist to join our ever evolving Partnerships & Business Development team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners, including branch managers and advisors, to support business growth and partnership success
• Deliver presentations and training sessions on payment solutions, products, and industry developments to key partner stakeholders
• Identify, develop, and manage new partnership opportunities that generate high-quality sales leads and expand market reach
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships by identifying opportunities for increased collaboration and mutual business growth
• Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management

What you'll bring

• Experience in business development, relationship management, account management, or sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate across multiple teams
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or fintech industries
• Background in partnership management, channel development, or indirect sales models
• Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Pipedrive, Power BI, or similar platforms

Additional requirements

• Basic working knowledge of English
• Strong customer and partner focus with the ability to represent the company professionally
• Interest in payment technologies and willingness to continuously develop industry expertise
• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth
