We're looking for a Release Train Engineer to join our ever-evolving Payouts team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own\nProgram Execution: Manage and optimise the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using various tools and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and other visual management tools.\n Planning and Facilitation: Facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning events, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops. Ensure alignment of deliverables with business priorities.\nRisk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure that the ART remains on track.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and promoting a culture of feedback and learning within the ART.\nTechnical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and support to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.\nCollaboration: Foster collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and external dependencies. Act as a liaison between the ART and other parts of the organisation.\nMetrics and Reporting: Track and report on ART performance metrics, such as velocity, quality, and delivery timelines. Use data to drive decision-making and improvements.\nCoaching and Mentoring: Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n PPM Tool Knowledge: Oversee the use of Agile tools (e.g. Clarity, JIRA, Tempo) to ensure effective tracking and management of work items and progress.\nWhat you'll bring\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an Agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE)\nProven experience in managing large-scale Agile projects and Release Trains\n Certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or other relevant Agile certifications\nTechnical Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of software development practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile scaling frameworks\nSoft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
