We’re looking for a SDET Specialist to join our ever-evolving technology team and help shape the future of Global Payments.\nWhat you’ll own \nUnderstand product requirements and design.\n\nDesign, develop, and document application test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications\n\nExecution of test cases, scenarios, and report results.\n\nTroubleshoot issues and report defects.\n\nCollaborate with product management to triage defects and conduct product beta testing & showcase with stakeholders.\n\nWork closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams for automation.\n\nExposure in performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria.\n\nExperience in testing business intelligence/analytics applications on Cloud environments.\n\nDeliver high-qality software through working in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment\n\nIntroduce and enhance non-functional testing capabilities like Security, Performance, Responsive Design, etc.\n\nIt’s a bonus if you have\nSolid understanding of testing principles, testing types, and methodologies\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and ETL Testing.\n\nStrong SQL skills - ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries.\n\nGood understanding or proficiency in anyone programming language ( Python or Java )\n\nExtensive experience in ETL/DW backend testing & BI Intelligence Report testing\n\nHands-on experience in identifying bugs in complex ETL data processing.\n\nMust have experience working with Test management tools like ALM, Rally, JIRA etc\n\nExperience with any scheduling tools, with preference given to those familiar with Cloud Composer (Airflow) or CTM\n\nProficiency in GCP, AWS, Azure, or any other cloud platforms .\n\nFrontend automation using java/selenium or any other tool.\n\nFamiliar with Security Testing.\n\nStrong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills.\n\nGood working experience in Agile methodologies and usage of tools like Rally & JIRA\n\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\n\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
