You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\n Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure using best practices.\nExtensive experience with AWS managed services, such as: RDS/Aurora (provisioning, backups, scaling, monitoring)\n S3 Buckets (data lifecycle management, permissions, encryption)\n IAM (user/role/policy management, least privilege principles)\n Lambda Functions (serverless architecture, event-driven design, monitoring)\n AWS Secrets Manager/Parameter Store (secure storage and management of secrets)\n\n Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (modules, state management, automation).\nEnsure infrastructure is reproducible, version-controlled, and compliant with security standards.\n\nContainerization & Orchestration:Deploy and manage applications using OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.\nImplement best practices for container security, scaling, and monitoring.\nAutomate deployments and manage cluster resources efficiently.\n\nCI/CD & Automation:Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.\nAutomate testing, integration, and deployment workflows.\nTroubleshoot and optimize build and deployment processes.\n\nCollaboration & Support:Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles.\nMentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices.\nParticipate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.\n\nSecurity & Compliance:Implement and monitor security controls across cloud and containerized environments.\nEnsure compliance with internal and external standards.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering role\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and AWS managed services (RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, Lambda, Secrets Manager, etc.)\nDeep understanding of Terraform for infrastructure automation\nExperience deploying and managing workloads on OpenShift and/or Kubernetes\nProficient with Jenkins and GitHub for CI/CD pipeline development and automation\nStrong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)\nSolid understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring in cloud environments\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities\nIt’s a bonus if you have\nAWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)\nExperience in highly regulated environments or with PCI/DSS compliance\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
