Working alongside talented technology professionals across the organization, you’ll have the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy, enhance system reliability through automation and modernization, and contribute directly to our mission of powering commerce globally while supporting the future growth of our business.\nWhat you'll own\nDrive the reliability, security, and performance of Unix-based environments, ensuring critical payment systems remain available, resilient, and aligned with business and client expectations.\n\nDeliver infrastructure improvements that enhance operational efficiency, leveraging automation, monitoring, and performance insights to reduce risk, improve scalability, and strengthen service delivery outcomes.\n\nInfluence system stability and business continuity outcomes by identifying potential issues early, implementing proactive solutions, and supporting disaster recovery readiness across key platforms.\n\nChampion secure infrastructure practices and compliance standards, helping protect critical systems and data while maintaining alignment with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements and operational policies.\n\nPartner across teams to solve complex technology challenges, enabling faster resolution of issues, improved user experiences, and better business outcomes through collaboration and technical expertise.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nProven experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, with a strong understanding of system performance, security, patching, and availability management.\n\nAbility to analyze and resolve infrastructure issues, applying sound judgment to deliver effective solutions in fast-paced production environments.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise systems while balancing operational excellence, risk management, and business priorities.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n\nIt's a bonus if you have\nExperience administering IBM AIX or Oracle Solaris environments within large-scale enterprise infrastructures.\n\nIndustry certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), IBM AIX Certified Administrator, or Solaris Certified Administrator.\n\nDemonstrated success implementing automation, orchestration, or infrastructure optimization initiatives that improve operational performance and scalability.\n\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
