dates\nMonitor and resolve settlement failures according to policy guidelines and perform B2B collections when necessary\nExecute complex reconciliations using Access databases and Oracle query tools and provide thoughtful, analytical input in order to not only resolve discrepancies, but to work toward eliminating the root cause of the variances\nWork directly with external business partners such as banks, distributors and financial auditors\n Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience\nKnowledge of settlement concepts, terminology, standards and practices, experience in the banking, or card payment processing industry highly desired\nProficiency in performing financial reconciliations and possess knowledge of common resolution techniques\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and adhering to strict deadlines\nIntermediate/Advancedlevel Excel and knowledge of Access databases or relational database concepts a plus\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to draft technical procedures and process documentation\nAbility to speak/present comfortably to small groups, provide training to business partners both in live and virtual settings\nAbility to communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical understanding and all levels of leadership\nReliability and punctuality are required since most of the daily work is confined to strict
