Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our ever-evolving technology team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you'll build and enhance business-critical applications, collaborate with global engineering teams, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions that power our business worldwide.

What you'll own

• Develop and maintain full-stack business applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and API integrations.
• Build and enhance software solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design and optimize application architecture, database structures, and system performance to support scalable business operations.
• Drive security best practices by addressing vulnerabilities, updating dependencies, and implementing secure coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams across regions to deliver features, resolve issues, and support successful releases.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, including full-stack application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Experience developing front-end applications with Angular and back-end services with Node.js.
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and common web security concepts, including authentication, authorization, XSS, injection prevention, and dependency management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with North American teams in technical discussions and meetings.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience building enterprise-scale applications, particularly within retail, restaurant, franchise, or multi-location business environments.
• Experience developing shared component libraries, reusable modules, or layered application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with security assessments, vulnerability remediation, or implementing security standards and best practices.
• Experience with security tools such as Snyk and/or Wiz.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and modern DevOps practices.
