Your work will directly influence the reliability, performance and scalability of technology that matters to merchants and their customers.\nWhat you’ll own\n- Lead QA automation strategy and delivery to increase test coverage, accelerate testing and give the team greater confidence in every release.\n- Build scalable automated testing frameworks using C# and Selenium, creating a strong foundation for efficient, reliable and maintainable testing.\n- Strengthen functional and regression testing by designing automation that identifies issues early and protects critical payment functionality as the product evolves.\n- Expand API and integration test coverage using Postman and other tools, validating that services and components work together reliably and deliver the expected client experience.\n- Drive performance quality through testing with JMeter and Postman Runner, identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness, scalability and overall system performance.\n- Embed quality into delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), enabling faster and more confident software releases.\n- Improve testing efficiency by streamlining automation processes, identifying opportunities to remove bottlenecks and establishing practices that help the team deliver quality at speed.\n- Lead and grow the QA team by setting direction, sharing expertise and creating an environment where people can strengthen their technical capabilities and deliver their best work.\nWhat you bring\n- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Engineer Automation, with a strong track record of delivering automated testing solutions in software development environments.\n- Strong C# development skills and practical experience building robust automated testing frameworks from the ground up.\n- Deep automation expertise with Selenium and experience across functional, regression, application programming interface (API), performance and integration testing.\n- Proven QA leadership experience, with the ability to set direction, influence quality practices and bring a team together around clear outcomes.\n- Strong Agile delivery experience, including a solid understanding of Scrum methodology and experience working effectively within Agile teams.\n- Clear communication and structured problem-solving skills, with the analytical mindset to investigate complex issues and turn insights into practical solutions. Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.\n- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Java or JavaScript is a plus.\nIt’s a bonus if you have\n- Experience within the payments, credit card processing or financial services industry.\n- A curious, growth-focused approach and willingness to expand your toolkit.\nAbout the team\nYou will join a collaborative, fast-moving fintech environment and work closely with a leading Global Payments client.
