This role follows a 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Time schedule, providing the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders and support critical business operations across international markets.\nWhat you'll own\nLead accurate and timely financial reporting across settlement portfolios, ensuring compliance, control effectiveness, and financial integrity.\nDrive resolution of complex reconciliation and financial risk issues, delivering sustainable solutions that support business success.\nDevelop and empower a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability, growth, and operational excellence.\nChampion automation and process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and reporting accuracy.\nPartner with key stakeholders across the business to influence decisions, strengthen controls, and support strategic objectives.\nWhat you'll bring\nBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting\n4+ years of accounting experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, or related functions.\nAt least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting or finance professionals.\nStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial controls, and reporting standards.\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex financial issues and competing priorities.\nIt's a bonus if you have\nExperience in settlement accounting, payments, banking, or fintech environments.\nExperience with Oracle or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and reconciliation tools.\nExposure to automation, process improvement, or system implementation projects.\nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
