We’re looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team and help shape the future of global commerce.\nWhat you’ll own \nPerforms technical accounting research (e.g. revenue recognition, business combinations, lease accounting, stock compensation, software, etc.). Responsible for documenting accounting conclusions in accounting memos as necessary.\nAssists in the preparation of all internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP\nParticipates in the audit process by coordinating with external auditors and preparing required documentation\nAssists in the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements\nKeeps up-to-date with new accounting and reporting standards and estimates the impact of new accounting standards or changes in accounting principles on the Company’s financial statements\nConsults with business management on accounting matters\nPlays a key role in the monthly and quarterly close processes\nParticipates in third party valuations for business combinations and assists with accounting for business combinations\nParticipates in special projects to ensure financial accounting, reporting and company-wide operational issues are properly identified and addressed\nParticipates in annual goodwill impairment assessment\nWorks closely with all financial and operational staff to ensure effective communication\nLiaises with the Company’s tax and finance department and external consultants\nPerforms ad hoc analysis as needed\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree in accounting\n5+ years of experience with technical accounting and financial reporting\nCPA preferred\nThorough understanding of GAAP\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience with ERP general ledger systems\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organization skills with strong attention to detail \nAbout the team\nOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
