You will work across SaaS platforms, internal systems, and support infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, and improve operational workflows.\nThis position is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, solving technical problems, and taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Migration & Management\nMigrate and digitise client data from existing systems into the SaaS platform.\nValidate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration process.\nManage client data requests, update records, and resolve data-related issues in coordination with Support and Customer Success teams.\nMaintain internal databases, data repositories, and system records.\nPerform routine data housekeeping to ensure data remains accurate and organised.\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate system usage reports, operational metrics, and data analysis.\nMonitor platform performance and data quality to support operational decision-making.\nMaintain social media statistics, campaign tracking, and reporting across external platforms.\nSystems & Process Improvement\nDevelop and maintain clear, standardised workflows and procedures for data-related processes.\nDocument processes to ensure tasks are repeatable, auditable, and easy to hand over.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data processes, system efficiency, and workflow automation.\nExplore the use of AI and automation tools to improve data management and operational efficiency.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nRequired Experience\nExperience in data operations, data management, data implementation, data migration, database administration, or a closely related field.\nExperience working with SaaS platforms and databases.\nExperience managing, validating, and maintaining large or structured datasets.\nUnderstanding of data migration processes and data quality practices.\nRequired Skills\nWorking knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data structures.\nFamiliarity with APIs, data migration tools, and scripting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to understand how data flows across different systems.\nStrong documentation and organisational skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical teams.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of deliverables.\nDesirable / Nice-to-Have\nExperience working with construction technology or construction-related SaaS platforms.\nExperience with insurance claims processes.\nExperience in the building restoration or property restoration industry.\nExperience with workflow automation or AI tools.\nExperience improving data processes, systems, or operational workflows.\nIndustry-specific experience is not essential, as training will be provided to the successful candidate.\nQualifications / Certifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\nRelevant experience in data operations, data migration, SaaS implementation, or database management will be considered in lieu of a directly related
