Your role will include managing mobilisation timelines, risk assessments, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure readiness and accountability throughout the transition lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end planning and execution of customer and service transitions into live operational environments.\n\nEnsure all mobilisation activities, from infrastructure readiness to documentation and team coordination, are delivered to scope, timeline, and quality standards.\n\nSupport the seamless integration of new services into the data centre environment, ensuring operational resilience and alignment with site priorities.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain 24/7 service continuity during mobilisation phases.\n\nContribute to OPEX control and CAPEX planning by identifying resource needs, cost impacts, and optimisation opportunities during transition.\n\nLead risk assessments and incident response planning to embed resilience and accountability into transition programmes.\n\nUse project management tools, dashboards, and performance data to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.\n\nAbout you\nYou’re a highly organised, solutions-driven professional with strong experience coordinating complex service mobilisations or operational transitions.
