A strong focus on precision, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue identification is essential to maintaining high standards of project performance and supporting the timely and successful delivery of outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to support the effective planning and delivery of construction and group projects.\n\nCoordinate inputs from project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project objectives.\n\nTrack progress against key milestones, proactively highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.\n\nSupport the preparation, management, and monitoring of project budgets, including cost forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.\n\nProduce high-quality project reports, dashboards, and presentations to support internal governance, decision-making, and stakeholder communication.\n\nMaintain organised, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards, audit requirements, and best practice.\n\nAssist in preparing documents for reviews, tender evaluations, change controls, and handover processes.\n\nFacilitate information flow across stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity of requirements, responsibilities, and deadlines.\n\nAbout you\nYou’re an analytical, detail-oriented project professional who excels at bringing structure, accuracy, and clarity to complex programmes.
