By championing process optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement, the role safeguards operational excellence and supports long-term business objectives through innovation and best practice.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end project management from inception through construction and close-out, including feasibility studies, business case development, commercial modelling, board paper preparation, design, planning, tendering, contract negotiation, and operational handover.\n\nDeliver accurate monthly Group reports in standardised formats, providing the Executive Committee with clear insights into project progress, risks, and performance metrics.\n\nDirect and manage site-based professional teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure delivery meets scope, budget, and schedule.\n\nRecruit, develop, and lead internal project teams, setting clear objectives and conducting performance reviews to drive accountability and excellence.\n\nApply group-wide processes and best practices to maintain high standards of cost, quality, and programme control throughout design and construction phases.\n\nMaintain governance, reporting, and compliance across all project phases, including gateway reviews and board-level documentation.\n\nAlign construction activities with M&E and connectivity requirements, ensuring buildability and compliance with corporate standards.\n\nEnsure full compliance with local permitting regulations and manage sustainability accreditations (e.g., BREEAM or equivalent) during design and construction phases.\n\nAbout you\nYou’re a results-driven project leader with a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to deliver complex, M&E-intensive construction projects from concept to handover.
