Specialist.\nResponsibilities:\nArchitect complex, automated CRM journeys (multichannel) in tight cooperation with Marketing specialists\nOptimize segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic\nLead QA frameworks across channels\nDrive A/B testing strategy and behavioral targeting.\nAct as point of contact for platform vendors and third parties\nHandle and/or distribute escalations amongst team members\nRequirements:\nExpert in CRM platforms, personalization logic, and campaign automation\nProficient in KPI frameworks\nStrong understanding of customer behavior, retention models, and CRM ROI\nProcess automation and tool integration experience\nStakeholder management and cross-team collaboration\nExperience with Smartico will be considered as an advantage.\nWhat to expect from
