Do you enjoy making sure everything is clean, tidy, and well organized? Do you naturally notice what needs to be done, enjoy getting things done hands-on and take action without waiting to be given a task?

As a Cleaning & Facility Specialist at Global-Tickets, that’s exactly what you’ll be responsible for. You’ll make sure our office is clean, well-maintained, and well stocked every day. You spot what needs to be done, pitch in right away and create an environment where employees and guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Your Impact

• Maintain a 5-Star Office: Keep our office clean and well-maintained, including meeting rooms, floors, glass walls, windows, computer monitors, the kitchen and coffee areas.

• Stay One Step Ahead: Walk through the office several times a day and proactively spot what needs to be cleaned, tidied, restocked, or organized. When you see something that needs attention, you take care of it.

• Handle Workplace Needs: Take care of our waste disposal and keep groceries, consumables, tools and office supplies organized and ready in our small storage room.

• Create a Welcoming Workplace: Prepare new employees’ workstations, make sure colleagues and visitors always feel welcome and keep shared spaces and working areas clean.

• Coordinate Office Services: Take care of faulty equipment, handle minor fixes - if possible - and coordinate external service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• You are organized and responsible and can independently take care of the day-to-day condition of our office.

• You naturally keep an overview, enjoy getting things done hands-on and don’t wait around for someone to give you a task.

• You communicate positively and confidently with colleagues and external service providers.

• You are familiar with basic computer use for checking emails and standard daily tasks.

• You have basic English skills to communicate well in our international working environment.

• You are happy to work fully on-site in Groningen.
