We specialize in building customized software systems with intelligent AI integrations, primarily empowering logistics and enterprise clients to automate and scale their operations.\n\nWe are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Technical Project Coordinator Intern who thrives on problem-solving, system design, and client engagement. In this role, you will be the core bridge between our clients and engineering team—taking raw business challenges, converting them into feasible AI-driven system architectures, and ensuring flawless delivery.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nRequirement Gathering & Discovery: Meet directly with clients to analyze their business workflows, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.\n\nSolution Architecture & Flow Design: Brainstorm feasibility, design initial system/data flows, and map out customized software and AI solutions before handing them off to the development team.\n\nProposal & Documentation Drafting: Prepare clear project proposals, functional specification documents (FSD), and technical scopes to present to clients.\n\nCross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and developers, translating business needs into clear developer tasks and keeping everyone aligned.\n\nTimeline & Scope Management: Track milestones closely to ensure deliverables remain aligned with client requirements and project timelines.\n\nQuality Assurance & UAT: Perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with an eye for UI/UX quality, edge cases, and functional standards prior to client delivery.\n\nHandover & Revisions: Coordinate client feedback, manage change requests, and lead smooth project handovers.\n\nPost-Implementation Relationship Management: Provide ongoing post-launch support and nurture long-term client relationships to identify future system enhancement needs.\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n\nCurrently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.\n\nStrong technical foundation enabling you to evaluate feasibility, system logic, and basic API/database architecture concepts.\n\nSpoken and written fluency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu.\n\nProficiency with workflow diagramming and UI/UX drafting tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Design, Draw.io, or similar).\n\nDemonstrated experience leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to optimize daily productivity and documentation speed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nCritical & Analytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate edge cases, dissect complex logistics workflows, and determine if a proposed system architecture actually covers all operational scenarios.\n\nMeticulous Attention to Detail: High standard for product quality, particularly regarding intuitive UI/UX design, flow consistency, and software completeness.\n\nResourceful Problem Solver: Proactive in researching client domain challenges and coming up with practical, AI-augmented solutions.\n\nStrong Communication & Diplomacy: Comfortable facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and keeping communication concise and effective across WhatsApp, email, and virtual calls.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\n\nDirect High-Impact Exposure: Hands-on experience working directly on customized software and AI implementations for real-world enterprise/logistics operations.\n\nEnd-to-End SDLC Mastery: Complete visibility into the full software development lifecycle—from pre-sales requirement gathering to system design, development management, UAT, and post-launch maintenance.\n\nSolution Consulting Skills: Learn how to translate client business needs into viable, high-value solutions and pitch them effectively.\n\nCareer Growth Pathway: High potential for conversion into a full-time position upon internship completion based on performance.\n\nSkills\nProject Management, UI/UX Strategy, Software Development, Scrum (Software Development), Agile Methodology, Product
