access.\n\nSecure Windows and Linux servers.\n\nManage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and identity management.\n\nConfigure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).\n\nEndpoint & Network Security\n\nDeploy and manage Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.\n\nMonitor company devices and servers.\n\nPerform vulnerability scanning and remediation.\n\nSecure company laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.\n\nManage antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.\n\nCloud & Microsoft 365 Security\n\nSecure Microsoft 365 environment.\n\nSecure Google Workspace (if applicable).\n\nConfigure Microsoft Defender.\n\nImplement Conditional Access policies.\n\nProtect SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Teams.\n\nAI & Application Security\n\nAs we integrate AI into our business, you will help ensure these technologies are implemented securely.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\nSecure AI APIs.\n\nProtect API keys and secrets.\n\nReview AI integrations for security risks.\n\nSecure automation workflows.\n\nImplement secure access controls for AI systems.\n\nPrevent sensitive company data from being exposed through AI tools.\n\nMonitoring & Incident Response\n\nMonitor security alerts and logs.\n\nInvestigate suspicious activity.\n\nRespond to security incidents.\n\nPerform root cause analysis.\n\nDevelop incident response procedures.\n\nConduct post-incident reviews.\n\nSecurity Audits & Compliance\n\nPerform regular security assessments.\n\nConduct vulnerability assessments.\n\nCoordinate penetration testing.\n\nMaintain cybersecurity documentation.\n\nDevelop company security policies.\n\nEnsure compliance with security best practices.\n\nBackup & Disaster Recovery\n\nDesign backup strategies.\n\nTest backup recovery procedures.\n\nDevelop disaster recovery plans.\n\nEnsure business continuity.\n\nEmployee Security Awareness\n\nTrain employees on cybersecurity best practices.\n\nConduct phishing awareness campaigns.\n\nDevelop internal security guidelines.\n\nPromote a security-first culture across the organization.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n3+ years of experience in Cyber Security or System Administration.\n\nStrong understanding of Windows Server and Linux administration.\n\nExperience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nExperience with vulnerability management.\n\nKnowledge of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).\n\nExperience with SIEM platforms.\n\nExperience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with:\n\nMicrosoft Defender\n\nCrowdStrike\n\nSentinelOne\n\nCisco\n\nFortinet\n\nPalo Alto\n\nAzure\n\nAWS\n\nDocker\n\nKubernetes\n\nSQL\n\nAPI Security\n\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM)\n\nZero Trust Architecture\n\nNIST Cybersecurity Framework\n\nSO 27001\n\nSOC 2\n\nCIS Controls\n\nCertifications are a plus:\n\nSecurity+\n\nCEH\n\nCISSP\n\nOSCP\n\nMicrosoft Security Certifications\n\nAzure Security Certifications\n\nFirst Projects\n\nWithin your first months, you will:\n\nPerform a full cybersecurity audit of the company.\n\nReview current infrastructure and identify security risks.\n\nImprove access management and user permissions.\n\nSecure Microsoft 365 and cloud services.\n\nImplement backup and disaster recovery procedures.\n\nReview AI integrations and automation for security.\n\nDevelop a cybersecurity roadmap for the company.\n\nSuccess Metrics\n\nWithin your first year, you will help us:\n\nReduce cybersecurity risks across the organization.\n\nImprove
