team.\nStay updated on emerging AV technologies, industry trends, and best practices.\nWork closely with the technical team to ensure solutions are both practical and aligned with industry best practices and trends.\nArrange product updates and technical training sessions for the sales and engineering teams.\nManage and complete onboarding\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Audio Visual (AV) Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, video conferencing, and AV-over-IP solutions.\nProficiency in using AV design tools and CAD software, such as AutoCAD, is an advantage.\nAbility to understand client requirements and translate them into practical, cost-effective AV solutions.\nGood understanding of AV product specifications, system integration, and equipment compatibility.\nAbility to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, project delivery teams, vendors, and distributors.\nGood problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.\nWillingness to keep up with emerging AV technologies, industry trends, and best practices.\nAbility to conduct product updates and technical training for sales and engineering teams.\nProactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and complete
